  • Support Program Increment planning, Scrum of Scrums, retrospectives, and other cross-team coordination forums.
  • Help teams improve transparency, accountability, velocity, predictability, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Identify delivery risks, process gaps, and impediments, then work collaboratively to resolve them.
  • Promote effective use of Agile tools and reporting practices to keep work visible and well tracked.
  • Support team productivity through practical guidance on the use of AI-enabled tools and modern work management practices.
  • Contribute to an environment of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning.

Skills

  • 8+ years of relevant Scrum Master or Agile delivery experience.
  • Background in insurance or financial services environments is strongly preferred.

  • Ability to coach teams across the full delivery lifecycle, including Agile principles and SDLC practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience supporting complex system projects and working across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, conflict resolution, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to mentor teams on practical use of AI tools to improve productivity and delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Commitment to delivering quality, collaboration, and inclusive teamwork.

Preferred Skills

  • Scrum Master certification.
  • Experience with Ativo and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Exposure to service-oriented architecture (SOA).
  • Experience facilitating large workshops or cross-functional working sessions.
  • Familiarity with Agile maturity, metrics reporting, and community of practice participation.
  • Comfort guiding teams through change while maintaining momentum and engagement.
