Bring your healthcare analytics expertise to a high-impact role focused on strengthening enterprise reporting, improving data quality, and delivering trusted insights that support executive and operational decision-making. This opportunity offers the chance to build scalable dashboards, automate reporting, and help shape a more mature analytics framework for a growing voice and ambient documentation program.
Responsibilities
- Assess current reporting workflows, dashboards, and data sources to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design KPI definitions, data models, and governance practices that support consistent, trusted reporting.
- Build and automate data pipelines and analytics solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Develop executive and operational dashboards with clear, user-friendly visuals and self-service access where appropriate.
- Validate data, perform quality checks, and optimize reporting processes to help ensure high accuracy.
- Support reporting for voice-enabled healthcare technologies, including adoption, utilization, efficiency, and revenue cycle metrics.
- Document solutions thoroughly and provide training and knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders.
- Partner with business and technical teams to translate reporting needs into actionable analytics solutions.
Skills
- Experience in healthcare analytics, ideally within an Epic environment.
- Advanced SQL skills and strong data modeling capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with Epic Clarity reporting and querying.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
- Ability to support executive reporting and operational analytics needs.
- Strong attention to data quality, validation, and reporting accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to turn business needs into meaningful metrics.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with healthcare utilization and operational reporting.
- Background in data governance and data quality management.
- Strong dashboard design and data visualization skills.
- Experience integrating data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving environment and support ongoing analytics maturity.
