We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating clear and effective documentation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various departments to document processes within the Heart Failure Division.
- Utilize established templates to create process documentation and ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Engage with stakeholders for review and approval of drafts, incorporating feedback as necessary.
- Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines.
- Gather information from meetings and existing documentation to develop comprehensive materials.
- Maintain organized records of documentation and revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical writing or document specialization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce, and PowerPoint.
- Critical thinking skills to address complex documentation needs.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with document management systems such as Windchill.
- Knowledge of process standardization and operational improvement methodologies.
- Ability to produce high-quality documentation under tight deadlines.
