We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead high-impact initiatives in a dynamic environment. This role offers the opportunity to drive significant projects that enhance our platform and improve the overall experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale initiatives aimed at developing new products and enhancing the platform.
• Manage the full lifecycle of key programs, including detailed planning, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.
• Identify and establish prioritization for cross-functional inter-dependencies to ensure seamless execution.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and operations teams to drive project success.
• Communicate progress and risks effectively to executive leadership.
• Utilize data and metrics to create clarity and support decision-making at all levels.

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management within a fast-paced tech environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven experience in managing complex migrations and integrations.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices and technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Fusion (including HCM, ERP, & EPM Implementation).
• Knowledge of AWS and modern cloud architectures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
