Join our dynamic team as a HR Coordinator - Compliance, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting immigration processes and driving full-cycle recruitment in Technology and Operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to build strong relationships with hiring leaders and contribute to strategic hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage employment-based permanent residency processes in collaboration with external immigration counsel and internal stakeholders.
- Lead recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent using innovative methods.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and provide proactive communication.
- Track and manage immigration case timelines, ensuring efficient progression and closure.
Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in recruitment.
- Proven ability to source, screen, and hire candidates while adhering to compliant practices.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage mid-level and senior leaders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, applicant tracking systems, and social media techniques.
- Expertise in sourcing methods and techniques, including cold calling.
Preferred Skills
- Experience or knowledge of immigration processes, particularly permanent residency.
