Join our dynamic team as a Change/Project Manager, where you'll lead organizational change and IT project management initiatives in a fully remote role. This position offers a unique blend of responsibilities, focusing primarily on change management with a touch of project management.
Responsibilities
- Lead organizational change management efforts to minimize business disruption during project implementations.
- Analyze stakeholder needs and implement strategic communication and change tactics.
- Gather requirements and recommend solutions for complex change management and communication needs.
- Design, develop, and deliver effective change plans and communication strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business and project stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Provide oversight and direction to project teams and third-party implementers.
- Drive cross-functional teams to resolve issues during the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to executive management and stakeholders.
- Conduct quality reviews and lessons learned to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure project budget and schedule commitments are met.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the project team.
Skills
- Extensive experience in change management and communication methodologies.
- Proven track record in IT project management and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of project and portfolio management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent decision-making skills and ability to balance priorities across stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on emotional intelligence.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with PROSCI or similar change management methodologies.
- Background in larger company environments.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into business terminology.
- Experience leading matrixed teams in fast-paced environments.
