We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Manager of Fabric R&D to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative product development within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the ideation, development, and execution of production and vendor capability strategies.
• Facilitate communication between brand teams and international product teams to ensure alignment and responsiveness.
• Manage BOM maintenance through PLM systems to ensure accurate product execution.
• Monitor project timelines and escalate issues that may impact deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial targets and deliver on cost guidance.
• Provide garment costing and maintain accurate accounting for all costing components.

Skills

• Experience in global product development or related fields.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple challenges effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly to cross-functional partners.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment with cultural sensitivity.
