Join us as a Senior Change Manager to lead organizational change management across a transformative procurement program. This high-impact role requires expert execution to drive successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead communication strategies and develop engaging content for multiple releases, ensuring alignment with procurement, legal, and business audiences.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new technology implementations, including user guides and quick reference materials.
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments to identify change impacts and manage high-resistance segments.
- Coordinate global deployment activities, including managing regional variations and multi-language content.
- Ensure readiness for enterprise rollout by maintaining high-quality standards and collaborating with vendors for content integration.
- Manage change sequencing to prevent user saturation and support integrated solution change management.
- Participate in program reporting and governance meetings, ensuring strategic alignment with the Change Lead.
- Develop region-specific content for international markets and manage global communication platform coordination.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, HR, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of change management experience, with at least 3 years in procurement or similar enterprise system implementations.
- Proven ability to independently manage content production at an enterprise scale.
- Strong proficiency in structured change methodologies like ADKAR.
- Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
- Excellent executive communication skills for drafting enterprise-wide communications.
Preferred Skills
- Change management certification such as Prosci ADKAR or ACMP.
- Experience with Coupa Supplier Information Management or Ironclad CLM implementations.
- Background in retail, consumer goods, or multi-brand procurement environments.
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud or similar communication platforms.
- Experience managing OCM coordination with system integrators.
- Knowledge of SharePoint for training and communication purposes.
