Join our dynamic team as a Technical Writer, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our platform's documentation. This position offers flexibility with remote work options, ideally suited for candidates near Palo Alto.
Responsibilities
- Revise and update documentation to incorporate new features and improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain consistency in style and presentation across all documentation.
- Create clear and concise technical content that simplifies complex information.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years in technical content writing.
- Proficiency in English writing.
- Experience with public cloud products, Oracle, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Oxygen XML Author or similar tools for DITA documentation.
- Ability to manage documentation using Git and GitHub.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CLI and Linux-like operating systems.
