We are seeking a dedicated Project/Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead critical projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring successful outcomes through effective testing and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end testing strategy and execution across multiple projects, ensuring readiness for launch.
• Define testing scope, timelines, and success criteria in alignment with project goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to implement test plans and resolve any defects.
• Track and manage defects, risks, and dependencies, driving timely resolution and mitigation efforts.
• Lead test events, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders and documenting results effectively.
• Monitor testing progress and provide regular updates, escalating risks to leadership as necessary.
• Facilitate test review meetings and communicate next steps clearly to all parties involved.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and methodologies.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in project management or testing, with a proven ability to coordinate efforts across teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing decisions and driving alignment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in system implementation, operations, or engineering environments.
• Familiarity with system validation and defect management processes.
• Proven track record in leading process improvement initiatives.
