Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of complex insurance and annuity products and their business processes.
• Collaborate with configuration analysts to test critical processes within our policy administration system.
• Develop and maintain tools for validation and testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both lower and production environments.
• Provide expert insights on system functionality to stakeholders.
• Work within an Agile framework to ensure efficient product delivery.
• Communicate effectively with various teams and third-party vendors to enhance efficiency.

Skills

• Strong understanding of life and annuities product rules and business processes.
• Experience with policy administration systems, preferably ALIP Configuration.
• Proficiency in SQL and the ability to write simple queries.
• Capability to develop test automation and validation software.
• Advocate for Agile practices and culture.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AI software and its implementation.
• Technology, business, and project certifications are a plus.
