We are seeking a talented Associate Creative Director to lead our Men's Design team in creating innovative and commercially viable products. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Men's Design team to develop brand-right products that resonate with target customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with CAD, Graphic Design, Merchandising, and Production teams to ensure product quality and aesthetic align with brand standards.
• Oversee the entire design process, ensuring financial performance and consistency with brand image.
• Manage direct reports, providing mentorship and guidance to foster professional growth.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and consumer preferences, adapting designs accordingly.

Skills

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the fashion or design industry.
• Strong understanding of design principles, product development, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
