We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in providing exceptional technology support in healthcare environments. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a Windows 11 deployment project while collaborating with various teams to enhance IT services.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite IT support in hospital and clinic settings, addressing hardware and software issues.
- Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and application rollouts.
- Install, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software across the organization.
- Document incidents and resolutions accurately in ticketing systems for effective tracking.
- Collaborate with tier II and III IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal users and external clients.
- Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of systems.
Skills
- Proven experience in IT support or related roles, particularly in healthcare environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and documentation practices.
- Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
