We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Risk Management Analyst to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to third-party risk management and collaborate on cybersecurity initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of third-party vendors and service providers, focusing on cybersecurity and compliance.
- Evaluate security questionnaires and audit reports, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with vendors to verify security controls and manage remediation efforts effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supplier security management processes.
- Maintain a detailed database of vendor risk profiles and monitor ongoing compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process automation to improve efficiency in risk assessments.
- Stay informed about emerging risks and regulatory requirements impacting vendor management.
- Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in third-party risk assessment within cybersecurity or information risk management.
- Strong understanding of information security frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex risk findings to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple assessments concurrently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with tools such as Coupa, OneTrust, JIRA, and Coverbase.
- Professional certifications in Information Security or Risk Management (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC) are a plus.
