Join our dynamic team as a Technical Lead, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting and developing innovative solutions within our Leasing division. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and collaborate closely with business and technology colleagues to drive impactful results.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and support of applications and platforms, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.
- Translate business requirements into technical tasks and actionable items for the team.
- Oversee system architecture design to optimize performance and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and manage code merges using GitLab.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead training initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
- Integrate security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, managing technology selection and stakeholder communication.
Skills
- Proven experience as a full-stack developer with expertise in .Net, C#, and SQL.
- Strong ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in refining and documenting technical needs in Jira.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in commercial lending and understanding of the loan lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodology.
- Experience working with geographically diverse teams.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET, MVC, and GitLab.
