Responsibilities

• Lead the development and support of applications and platforms, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks and actionable items for the team.
• Oversee system architecture design to optimize performance and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and manage code merges using GitLab.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead training initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
• Integrate security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, managing technology selection and stakeholder communication.

Skills

• Proven experience as a full-stack developer with expertise in .Net, C#, and SQL.
• Strong ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in refining and documenting technical needs in Jira.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in commercial lending and understanding of the loan lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodology.
• Experience working with geographically diverse teams.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET, MVC, and GitLab.
