We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Packaging Production Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative packaging solutions for a diverse range of products.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production-ready packaging artwork and documentation for various products, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards.
• Manage complex packaging artwork across multiple product lines, maintaining accuracy in layout and print specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and manufacturing, to deliver high-quality packaging solutions.
• Review and revise packaging artwork, ensuring it meets production readiness and aligns with design intent.
• Maintain organized and version-controlled packaging files to support efficient collaboration and production processes.

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in packaging production design or graphic production for hardware or consumer electronics.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with packaging artwork for consumer electronics or complex hardware products.
• Familiarity with packaging manufacturing processes and print production workflows.
• Knowledge of global regulatory packaging requirements and regional variations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple packaging programs in fast-paced environments.
