Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product goals with business objectives.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with stakeholders.
• Translate product vision into actionable user stories and technical requirements.
• Facilitate planning events such as Sprint Planning and Program Increment Planning.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog management and product enhancement analysis.
• Actively participate in team activities, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
• Mentor junior Product Owners to foster skill development and Agile mindset within the team.

Skills

• Experience in data research, mining, and transformations.
• Proven track record in Agile environments with experience in writing business and technical stories.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience working with delivery teams in a software development context.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Agile certifications such as CSPO or CBAP.
• Familiarity with the airline industry.
• A proactive approach to conflict resolution and team dynamics.
