Join our dynamic team as a Technical Product Owner, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping product strategies and driving innovation. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in data management and Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product goals with business objectives.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with stakeholders.
- Translate product vision into actionable user stories and technical requirements.
- Facilitate planning events such as Sprint Planning and Program Increment Planning.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog management and product enhancement analysis.
- Actively participate in team activities, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
- Mentor junior Product Owners to foster skill development and Agile mindset within the team.
Skills
- Experience in data research, mining, and transformations.
- Proven track record in Agile environments with experience in writing business and technical stories.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience working with delivery teams in a software development context.
Preferred Skills
- Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
- Agile certifications such as CSPO or CBAP.
- Familiarity with the airline industry.
- A proactive approach to conflict resolution and team dynamics.
