We are seeking a talented Designer / Art Director to join our dynamic team, focusing on creating engaging in-store experiences through innovative marketing campaigns. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with creative teams and bring high-level concepts to life.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for seasonal marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate campaign themes into compelling marketing assets.
• Create presentations, mood boards, and pre-production materials to effectively communicate campaign visions.
• Art direct projects from concept through final asset delivery, maintaining creative consistency across all touchpoints.
• Engage in continuous feedback loops with internal teams to refine and enhance creative outputs.

Skills

• 5–7+ years of professional experience in Design and Art Direction, with a strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and executional excellence.
• Proficiency in design software and the Mac platform, with a solid understanding of typography and visual storytelling.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Deep awareness of current retail trends and customer behaviors to inform creative decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail and consumer branding, particularly in creating marketing assets for in-store experiences.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling programs and experiential design.
• Background in developing creative assets for digital marketing campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
