Skills

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Proven ability to gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Strong facilitation skills for meetings with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Expertise in process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
