Join our team as a Recruiting Coordinator, where you'll drive the recruiting process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and creating an exceptional experience for prospective hires. Partner with our recruiting team to improve hiring operations and help build a world-class organization. 

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule a high volume of candidate interviews, debriefs, and reference checks, ensuring seamless communication and logistics.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing a supportive and informative experience throughout their recruitment journey.
• Collaborate with recruiters to identify and implement improvements in recruitment processes, enhancing efficiency and candidate satisfaction.
• Drive the development and execution of new candidate experience programs and recruitment initiatives to support scaling hiring needs.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline recruitment processes and improve overall efficiency.

Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, in a high volume scheduling environment. 
• Experience acting as a strategic partner to Recruiters.
• Comfortable with adopting and utilizing AI tools as part of daily workflow.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and informative emails.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations and propose effective solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a startup environment or agile company, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
• Familiarity with the tech stack, including Greenhouse, ModernLoop, and other recruitment tools.
• Interest in AI safety and a commitment to ethical research and product development.
