We are seeking a talented Architect - Enterprise Apps to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the design and execution of innovative technology architectures that enhance customer experiences across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect future-ready omnichannel commerce platforms to support unified customer experiences.
• Design intelligent, AI-augmented experiences that integrate predictive personalization and dynamic pricing.
• Champion the use of autonomous shopping agents and proactive assistant bots to enhance shopping experiences.
• Integrate commerce ecosystems with real-time decision-making capabilities and customer data platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention.
• Define architectural principles that scale AI/ML use cases using cloud-native platforms.
• Lead architectural reviews and governance for AI-based projects.
• Guide experimentation with generative AI and autonomous agents in commerce and fulfillment.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of architecture leadership experience, with a focus on commerce or omnichannel transformation.
• Proven experience in architecting and delivering commerce platforms, including headless eCommerce solutions.
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Strong ability to integrate AI/ML services into customer-facing applications in real-time environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks or commerce-focused large language models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock, or Azure OpenAI.
• Working knowledge of data pipelines, model deployment, and experimentation platforms.
• Exposure to composable commerce and MACH architecture principles.
• Experience in the retail, CPG, or DTC brand sectors with a focus on personalization and engagement.
