Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings to gather and define comprehensive business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with various business units and IT teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Provide transparent communication through daily updates on progress, issues, and status reporting to stakeholders.
• Drive the execution of system rules and requirements to enhance the functionality of the AI tool.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience with strong technical and analytical capabilities.
• Proven ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
• Exceptional problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and experience with claims vendors and systems.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks.
