Join our dynamic team as a Brand Events Operations Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in executing high-profile brand events and activations. This position offers the opportunity to manage end-to-end operational workflows and contribute to the creation of scalable processes across our event portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage registration systems for major conferences and events using platforms like Swoogo and Cvent.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive registration reports and analytics dashboards.
- Oversee attendee approval processes and VIP registrations, ensuring seamless communication and service.
- Coordinate speaker training sessions and manage logistics for onsite meetings and events.
- Plan and execute event swag strategies, including inventory management and vendor coordination.
- Create and maintain process documentation and playbooks to ensure consistency and scalability.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in B2B event marketing and operations.
- Proficiency in event registration platforms, specifically Swoogo and Cvent.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on detail and quality control.
- Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SaaS or technology company event operations.
- Familiarity with international event logistics and multi-timezone coordination.
- Background in managing swag and merchandise fulfillment at scale.
