Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, and implement platform services to support enterprise patterns and best practices.
• Develop and maintain reusable components to enhance platform architecture, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to define and clarify Salesforce platform integrations.
• Provide Tier 3 support for platform services and resolve configuration defects.
• Lead solution design discussions and develop work effort estimates for implementation.

Skills

• Proven experience with Salesforce security models and integration patterns.
• Expertise in Salesforce Flow optimization and Data Cloud experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and Apex coding.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, Salesforce architecture, and automated testing.
• Ability to design scalable access models and implement change-management controls.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a tech lead or senior contributor in Salesforce projects.
• Familiarity with enterprise-grade application security standards.
• Hands-on experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is highly desired.
