Join our team as a Senior Salesforce Platform Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering core capabilities and features of a strategic platform. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in Salesforce to drive business success and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Design, engineer, and implement platform services to support enterprise patterns and best practices.
- Develop and maintain reusable components to enhance platform architecture, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with business and technology partners to define and clarify Salesforce platform integrations.
- Provide Tier 3 support for platform services and resolve configuration defects.
- Lead solution design discussions and develop work effort estimates for implementation.
Skills
- Proven experience with Salesforce security models and integration patterns.
- Expertise in Salesforce Flow optimization and Data Cloud experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and Apex coding.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, Salesforce architecture, and automated testing.
- Ability to design scalable access models and implement change-management controls.
Preferred Skills
- Experience as a tech lead or senior contributor in Salesforce projects.
- Familiarity with enterprise-grade application security standards.
- Hands-on experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is highly desired.
