Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the hybrid Exchange infrastructure, including both on-premises and Exchange Online systems.
• Handle mailbox migrations, manage mail flow, and ensure seamless hybrid connectivity.
• Set up and maintain transport rules, data loss prevention policies, and email security features.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve user email problems efficiently.
• Implement anti-spam and threat protection measures using Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
• Manage user provisioning, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, and permissions.
• Conduct eDiscovery, legal holds, and compliance investigations as required.
• Document configurations and maintain system architecture records for future reference.
• Provide end-user support and training on email features and functionalities.

Skills

• Extensive experience managing Exchange environments, with a focus on hybrid systems.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for Exchange administration tasks.
• Hands-on experience with mailbox migrations and hybrid deployments.
• Strong understanding of email security and compliance implementations.

Preferred Skills

• Certification as a Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate.
• Experience working in environments with over 500 users.
• Familiarity with ITIL or service management practices.
