• Establish governance routines to facilitate transparent decision-making among stakeholders.

• Support scope and change management, tracking adjustments and their impacts on the project.
• Provide management support during cutover and stabilization phases, ensuring readiness for go-live.
• Maintain project documentation to meet enterprise standards and support audit and compliance needs.
