We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to support operational and program initiatives within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for exterior service programs, including landscaping, lot sweeping, and snow removal.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective work order administration.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to track performance and identify trends.
• Resolve issues across a large portfolio of locations, ensuring service quality and efficiency.
• Maintain documentation and track deliverables to support process execution.
• Communicate effectively with field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in operational program support or vendor management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and recommend solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IBM Maximo or similar work order management systems.
• Background in facilities management or service program operations.
• Familiarity with landscaping, snow removal, or exterior service management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
