Responsibilities

• Manage and execute website update projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and content accuracy.
• Coordinate with digital and business teams to maintain brand standards and compliance requirements.
• Plan, track, and communicate project progress using designated project management tools.
• Conduct thorough proofreading and quality reviews to ensure clarity and consistency across deliverables.
• Identify risks and dependencies, recommending proactive solutions to keep projects on track.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in Marketing Project Management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience with project management systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Health Insurance/Payor Industry.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.
