Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Project Manager, where you'll lead exciting web update projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and compliance. This role offers a hybrid work environment with three days onsite in Minnetonka, MN.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute website update projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and content accuracy.
- Coordinate with digital and business teams to maintain brand standards and compliance requirements.
- Plan, track, and communicate project progress using designated project management tools.
- Conduct thorough proofreading and quality reviews to ensure clarity and consistency across deliverables.
- Identify risks and dependencies, recommending proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in Marketing Project Management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience with project management systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the Health Insurance/Payor Industry.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and escalate issues appropriately.
