We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented LMS Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our sales training efforts by managing learning platforms and optimizing training delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and manage online learning platforms and curricula.
- Generate and analyze actionable reports related to training activities.
- Collaborate with regional partners and the global sales training team to enhance training delivery.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless training experience.
- Work under tight deadlines to achieve team goals and results.
Skills
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and technology.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.
- Experience with data management and reporting tools.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of instructional design principles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
- Understanding of AI applications in training and development.
