Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Project Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving marketing initiatives and customer engagement strategies. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute direct mail and email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage the email calendar, aligning content and timing with stakeholders.
- Assist in developing creative briefs and collaborate with teams for asset creation and revisions.
- Oversee project workflows and timelines using project management tools, ensuring efficient campaign execution.
- Maintain organized systems for file storage and support content governance best practices.
- Act as a liaison with agencies to ensure deliverables meet brand standards and campaign goals.
- Support quarterly planning and execution readiness for email marketing campaigns.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in email marketing and familiarity with Monday.com.
