Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end collection activities, ensuring timely payment of outstanding invoices.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer billing inquiries, maintaining positive relationships.
• Accurately process and apply customer payments across various channels.
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes, coordinating with internal teams.
• Prepare AR aging reports and contribute to cash flow forecasting.

Skills

• Minimum of 3 years experience in accounts receivable or collections within a tech company.
• Proficiency in ERP systems like Workday, NetSuite, or SAP.
• Strong communication skills for professional customer interactions.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis.
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads with precision and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Experience with collection automation platforms such as Tesorio or HighRadius.
• Familiarity with credit risk assessment and management processes.
• Experience in a high-growth or hypergrowth company environment.
• Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
