We are seeking a talented and innovative Senior Creative Technologist to join our dynamic design system team. This role offers the opportunity to blend front-end development expertise with design principles to create exceptional user experiences across our digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, and reusable UI components using modern frameworks such as React.
• Collaborate with design teams to refine and evolve component libraries, ensuring alignment with design specifications.
• Work closely with front-end feature teams to implement component specifications and address discrepancies between design and code.
• Support rapid prototyping to test design concepts and iterate based on user feedback.
• Document design and development guidelines, ensuring clarity and accessibility for internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all components meet accessibility standards and are optimized for performance across devices.
• Participate in code reviews and user testing to uphold quality and alignment with design system standards.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development or UX engineering.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Strong understanding of design principles and component-driven design methodologies.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for creating polished user interfaces.
• Strong communication skills, able to convey technical details to both technical and non-technical team members.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on or contributing to a design system in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled workflows and performance optimization techniques.
• Basic understanding of CMS integrations.
