We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this remote role, you will play a critical part in supporting ongoing operations and optimizing systems within a healthcare IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve outgoing lab interface errors and incoming results interface issues.
• Respond to team emails and manage help desk tickets assigned to the Beaker team.
• Assist with new lab test requests, collaborating with the ambulatory team as necessary.
• Work on optimization change requests and smaller initiatives focused on system maintenance.
• Coordinate with lab operations teams to ensure seamless interface functionality.

Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in Epic Beaker build, specifically in Clinical Pathology and/or Anatomic Pathology.
• Strong background in healthcare IT and systems analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities within a team setting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in lab operations or related fields.
• Familiarity with monitoring interface work queues and resolving technical issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
