We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative solutions while ensuring the highest quality standards in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the quality assurance efforts for an exam workflow tool, utilizing Agile best practices and test automation.
- Collaborate with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.
- Create and execute comprehensive test cases, plans, and scripts for both manual and automated testing.
- Implement and maintain automation frameworks using tools like Playwright and Selenium.
- Conduct thorough testing of web applications, APIs, and cloud services to ensure functionality and performance.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to improve the development process and product quality.
- Participate in continuous integration and deployment processes, enhancing testing efficiency.
Skills
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in automated and system testing.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python for automation script development.
- Experience with bug tracking and defect management systems like AzureDevOps, GitLab, or Jira.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with performance testing tools and CI/CD practices.
- Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective testing.
- Experience with SQL for database testing and data validation.
- Ability to refactor and optimize existing automation code for improved performance.
