Join our dynamic team as a Junior IT Project Lead, where you'll manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the chance to develop your skills in project management while contributing to global initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules and manage meetings to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Compile and present project status reports, highlighting key milestones and challenges.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, effectively utilizing team resources.
- Document all project phases and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in preparing agendas and materials for meetings, tracking action items, and generating reports.
- Support communication efforts, including change notifications and newsletters for global teams.
- Act as a backup for the lead project manager when necessary, ensuring continuity in project oversight.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Power BI, for data analysis and presentation.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated project management skills with a focus on efficient results delivery.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.
Preferred Skills
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Experience in regulatory or quality assurance processes.
- Ability to work effectively across different time zones in a global team setting.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
