Join our innovative team as a Senior Full Stack & Gen AI Developer, where you'll lead the development of advanced applications using cutting-edge AI tools. This remote role offers the chance to drive technical projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business needs into technical designs and system architectures.
- Quickly prototype solutions to demonstrate feasibility and gain stakeholder approval.
- Manage the complete codebase, including backend services, frontend interfaces, APIs, and deployment pipelines.
- Enhance data-heavy applications for optimal performance and reliability.
- Ensure seamless integration and maintenance of enterprise platforms across various business lines.
- Utilize AI-assisted coding tools to boost development speed and quality.
- Design and orchestrate multi-agent systems to autonomously solve complex workflows.
- Navigate production readiness processes and coordinate across teams for successful application deployment.
Skills
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly GCP, and infrastructure as code using Terraform.
- Strong understanding of AI and GenAI, including LLMs and agentic AI frameworks.
- Ability to design high-performance, data-intensive applications.
- Familiarity with enterprise operations, including Active Directory and ServiceNow.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in financial institutions or regulated industries.
- Comfortable collaborating across organizational boundaries and driving technical initiatives independently.
