Join our team as a Workday Security Administrator, where you'll play a crucial role in developing and supporting security solutions that ensure secure and efficient business operations. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to enhance security configurations across various Workday environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Workday security solutions across different business functions.
- Monitor system performance and resolve any issues affecting operations or user experience.
- Support security audits and access control certification processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Analyze problems, identify root causes, and recommend scalable solutions.
- Evaluate Workday releases and recommend adoption of new features and practices.
- Support Workday integrations, reporting, and data movement tools.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and ongoing professional development.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of experience in Workday security configuration and support.
- Strong understanding of the Workday security model, including security groups and integration security.
- Experience with Workday integrations and data movement tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with REST or SOAP APIs and single sign-on technologies.
- Workday Pro Certification and experience with Workday Prism Analytics.
