We are seeking a Freelance Personalization Manager to join our dynamic team and support exciting client projects. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely, with flexible hours of 15-20 hours per week, and has the potential for a conversion to a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance testing and personalization strategies to align with client objectives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns through insightful reporting and iterative testing plans.
• Document and optimize testing processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee the administration and operation of CRO platforms for multi-channel campaigns.
• Analyze audience qualification strategies and provide governance recommendations for audience management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on audience experiences and platform capabilities.

Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Management and Testing and Personalization.
• Strong understanding of database management and APIs.
• Proficiency in working with marketing automation and omni-channel campaign management platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead client meetings effectively.
• Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving customer success.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a digital agency environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics.
• Knowledge of tag management systems and data layers.
• Passion for technology and digital marketing solutions.
