Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization and management of seasonal product samples for creative and visual merchandising teams.
• Monitor sample arrivals, maintain precise records, and communicate any issues to relevant teams.
• Ensure sample racks and closets are well-organized and accessible.
• Assist in studio set preparation and maintain studio cleanliness and efficiency.
• Collaborate on seasonal projects and coordinate sample donations with the visual merchandising team.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and support team objectives.
• Contribute to photographing studio setups and ensure data accuracy throughout the process.

Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, studio, or sample management.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and email communication.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
