Join our dynamic team as a Sample Coordinator, where you'll play a crucial role in managing and organizing seasonal product samples. This position offers a unique opportunity to support creative and visual merchandising efforts in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the organization and management of seasonal product samples for creative and visual merchandising teams.
- Monitor sample arrivals, maintain precise records, and communicate any issues to relevant teams.
- Ensure sample racks and closets are well-organized and accessible.
- Assist in studio set preparation and maintain studio cleanliness and efficiency.
- Collaborate on seasonal projects and coordinate sample donations with the visual merchandising team.
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and support team objectives.
- Contribute to photographing studio setups and ensure data accuracy throughout the process.
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, studio, or sample management.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and email communication.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a creative studio environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
