Responsibilities

• Validate platform configurations to ensure they meet business needs.
• Collaborate with agency testers to identify and resolve pre-launch issues.
• Create and deliver training materials and sessions to empower users.

Skills

• Proven expertise in work management platforms, focusing on configuration and implementation.
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
• Experience in developing and facilitating training sessions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with custom forms, request queues, and approval workflows.
• Background in business analysis or product management with a technology focus.
• Familiarity with governance structures and project management best practices.
