Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to gather insights and requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop detailed solution design documentation and process flows.
- Validate platform configurations to ensure they meet business needs.
- Collaborate with agency testers to identify and resolve pre-launch issues.
- Create and deliver training materials and sessions to empower users.
Skills
- Proven expertise in work management platforms, focusing on configuration and implementation.
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
- Experience in developing and facilitating training sessions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with custom forms, request queues, and approval workflows.
- Background in business analysis or product management with a technology focus.
- Familiarity with governance structures and project management best practices.
