We are seeking a talented Digital Content Producer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to create, manage, and optimize engaging content across various platforms while contributing to the growth and reputation of our brand.
Responsibilities
- Create and produce digital content, including graphics, videos, and posts, on a regular publishing schedule.
- Manage social media channels end-to-end, including content calendars, community engagement, and audience growth.
- Track and report performance metrics to senior leadership to optimize content strategies.
- Format and publish learning content in learning management systems, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
- Collaborate with content strategists to align output with brand goals and improve performance through testing and iteration.
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in digital content production or social media management.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of produced content across various formats.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and video editing software.
- Experience with content management systems and understanding of accessibility standards.
- Excellent copywriting and editorial judgment skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in design, technology, or employer branding environments.
- Familiarity with SEO principles for social and web content.
- Knowledge of AI-powered content tools and agency/vendor coordination.
- Proven ability to build content programs from scratch or scale early-stage channels.
