Responsibilities
- Lead data governance efforts for the Oracle Modernization project, coordinating with data owners and stakeholders.
- Coach team members on defining business data, establishing rules, and ensuring data quality.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to align governance with technical architecture.
- Guide data quality monitoring and assessments to maintain high standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in data governance within Oracle migration or implementation projects.
- Strong ability to define business data and establish guidelines for data management.
- Excellent communication skills to partner effectively with various teams.
- Technical understanding of data architecture and governance principles.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in coaching and mentoring teams on data management practices.
