Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Automation Specialist, where you'll leverage your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive impactful campaigns and optimize marketing operations. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to technical enhancement projects.
Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and oversee email and SMS campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Manage audience segmentation and personalization to enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure seamless customer journey orchestration and validate campaign assets before deployment.
- Monitor campaign performance and address any delivery or automation issues promptly.
- Document campaign processes and maintain compliance with data governance standards.
- Support technical initiatives and optimize platform functionalities for improved efficiency.
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance campaign strategies and automation scalability.
Skills
- Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio and Journey Builder.
- Strong SQL skills for data management and audience segmentation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize automated customer journeys.
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Capability to manage priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus.
- Experience with enterprise-scale CRM or lifecycle marketing programs.
- Familiarity with AMPscript, HTML/CSS for email, and dynamic content configuration.
- Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools related to marketing automation.
