JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Scrum Master - Lead to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to lead Scrum implementations and drive agile practices within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach teams in the adoption of Scrum methodologies to enhance productivity.
  • Plan and implement Scrum processes across the organization.
  • Facilitate Scrum events and support teams in self-organization and cross-functionality.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to maximize the value of the product backlog.
  • Recommend process improvements to optimize team performance and efficiency.

Skills

  • Proven experience in technical project management and agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration.
  • Ability to coach and mentor teams in agile practices and principles.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SAFe Agile methodology is a plus.
  • Familiarity with information security best practices.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
