Join our dynamic team as a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders to drive automation initiatives and enhance business processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead sessions to gather requirements and facilitate workshops for process discovery.
- Analyze and document both current and future business processes.
- Convert business requirements into clear documentation for development teams.
- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Coordinate Agile ceremonies and support testing activities.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide operational and executive reporting with clear communication.
Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven track record in supporting RPA initiatives.
- Strong understanding of automation lifecycle and methodologies.
- Experience in writing and executing test scripts.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with platforms like Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Power Automate.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
- Technical knowledge of integrations, APIs, and system dependencies.
