Responsibilities
- Drive the development and execution of regulatory product and workflow launches on a global scale.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Oversee compliance and retention efforts for short-term rental regulations.
- Act as a primary contact for inquiries related to regulatory products, both internally and externally.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely delivery through effective operational rhythms.
Skills
- Over five years of experience in operations, project management, or product operations within dynamic settings.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including effective presentation skills.
- Proven ability to adapt swiftly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience collaborating with engineering, legal, and policy teams.
- Proven track record of advocating for user experience in regulatory processes.
