Join our innovative Digital Product Engineering team as a Lead Fullstack Developer, where you'll have the opportunity to design and develop cutting-edge software applications. This role offers a unique chance for growth with a potential conversion to a full-time position after six months.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of features across the application stack using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Implement agile methodologies to ensure efficient delivery of incremental value.
- Utilize cloud platforms to manage and deploy cloud-native applications effectively.
- Integrate AI solutions to enhance business efficiencies and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused solutions.
- Analyze technical challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and share best practices within the team.
Skills
- Extensive experience in software development, particularly with React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in AWS infrastructure, including CDK, CloudFormation, DynamoDB, and Lambda Functions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to mentor and coach team members effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with additional AWS services like ECS, EC2, S3, EventBridge, and Step Functions.
- Knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and automated testing frameworks.
