Join our team as a Technical Program Product Manager, where you'll lead design management for cutting-edge projects, collaborating with diverse teams to drive innovation and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead design management activities, ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering firms, developers, and internal teams.
- Coordinate and track design deliverables and schedules to meet project milestones efficiently.
- Conduct thorough reviews of design packages, maintaining high standards through quality assurance and control assessments.
- Identify and resolve coordination issues across various disciplines, fostering clear communication among all parties.
- Establish and maintain design standards, tracking submissions and revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills
- Over 10 years of experience in design management, particularly within construction or industrial facility projects.
- Strong project scheduling skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams.
- Proficiency in managing design change logs and conducting impact assessments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in robotics construction or related fields is a plus.
- Familiarity with advanced project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members in design management best practices.
