• Translate complex technical requirements into accessible design narratives for stakeholders.
• Support user onboarding with intuitive flows to minimize training overhead.
• Establish and maintain a unified design system to ensure visual and interaction consistency.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve customer satisfaction scores and performance metrics.

Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in UX design, demonstrating a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in web development practices and principles is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to convey design concepts effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise applications and their functionalities.
• Familiarity with AI Vibe coding and prompt engineering.
• A background in web design, multimedia, computer science, or design arts.
