Responsibilities

• Lead the operational management and execution of global and US tradeshows and customer engagement programs.
• Coordinate event timelines, logistics, and vendor management to ensure successful execution of customer-facing events.
• Track and manage event deliverables, proactively ensuring completion of all pre-event and post-event requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop digital assets that support event promotion and engagement.
• Maintain a centralized calendar of franchise-related conferences and key activities to enhance organizational visibility.
• Manage marketing material review workflows and project timelines to ensure timely completion of regulatory review processes.
• Support planning and coordination of global team meetings, including agenda development and follow-up actions.
• Assist with marketing budget management activities, including generating purchase orders and tracking invoices.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing operational processes and enhance team productivity.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing operations or project management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
• Experience with marketing workflow or project management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting tradeshow or customer engagement program execution.
• Familiarity with marketing review and approval processes within regulated environments.
