Join a dynamic team as a Senior Marketing Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in driving marketing operations and enhancing customer engagement through innovative strategies. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the operational management and execution of global and US tradeshows and customer engagement programs.
- Coordinate event timelines, logistics, and vendor management to ensure successful execution of customer-facing events.
- Track and manage event deliverables, proactively ensuring completion of all pre-event and post-event requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop digital assets that support event promotion and engagement.
- Maintain a centralized calendar of franchise-related conferences and key activities to enhance organizational visibility.
- Manage marketing material review workflows and project timelines to ensure timely completion of regulatory review processes.
- Support planning and coordination of global team meetings, including agenda development and follow-up actions.
- Assist with marketing budget management activities, including generating purchase orders and tracking invoices.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing operational processes and enhance team productivity.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing operations or project management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
- Experience with marketing workflow or project management tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting tradeshow or customer engagement program execution.
- Familiarity with marketing review and approval processes within regulated environments.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Experience working within healthcare or medical device industries.
